Dallas News: Plano’s $3 Billion Legacy West and Toyota Campus Honored by Urban Land Institute
Two Local Developments Honored with the ULI’s Annual Impact Awards
The North Texas chapter of the Urban Land Institute – one of the country’s top commercial real estate organizations – selected Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development and Toyota Motor’s new North American headquarters as two of the top developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Plano projects were two local developments honored with the ULI’s annual Impact Awards.
The organization also gave an award for the redevelopment of downtown Dallas’ 400 Record office tower for innovation in development. Another landmark, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanic Garden, was granted a public places award. Also, longtime real estate broker and former Dallas Cowboy Roger Staubach was presented with the ULI’s annual Vision award.
