Dallas-Based Velvet Taco is set to open a new location in Plano. Legacy Hall, Plano’s food hall, will open the restaurant’s first and only location in Plano in spring 2019.
Legacy Hall, located at 7800 Windrose Ave. in Legacy West, currently has more than 20 restaurant partners, and Velvet Taco is just the latest to add its name to the list. The location will offer a limited menu of five signature tacos and popular sides. They will also feature their signature rotating Weekly Taco Feature.
Additionally, a new outdoor patio with additional seating and a pick-up window will be added adjacent to the location at Legacy Hall. Velvet Taco president Clay Dover says Legacy Hall is the perfect location for the restaurant’s Plano debut. “This location has such a fun and unique feeling, which fits perfectly with our brand’s personality, and what we convey through our tacos,” Dover says.
