Lunar New Year began on January 25th to celebrate the first new moon of the year. One of the many ways to bring luck into the new year is by eating “lucky” foods to represent different areas of life. For instance, dumplings symbolize wealth and noodles signify longevity.
At Plano’s Legacy Hall, Beijing Brothers will be hosting a Chinese New Year dinner featuring noodles alongside dumplings, orange chicken, and more. You can also stay to enjoy live performances of Chinese group dances, a kung fu demonstration, and the grand finale of lion dancers throughout the hall.
This day long event will be running on Saturday, February 8th from 12pm to 6pm at Legacy Hall. For the full article, visit: https://www.dmagazine.com/food-drink/2020/01/where-to-eat-your-way-through-the-lunar-new-year/
