Dallas News: Legacy West Condo Tower Tops Out Construction, Opening Late This Year
Developers Complete Construction on Plano’s 27-story Windrose Tower
The 27-story Windrose Tower is part of the $3 billion Legacy West development at the Dallas North Tollway and State Highway 121 in West Plano. Astoundingly, the luxury high-rise sold 65 percent of its 99 units before builders have even finished the top floor. The building started construction in mid 2017.
The first residents will move into the tower late this year. “This is truly a milestone celebration for all of us involved with Windrose Tower,” said project developer Jim Duggan. “We look forward to delivering an iconic address to our homeowners, with our first residents moving in later this year.
Designed by GDA Architects, the building has units starting around 1,850 square feet and priced at just over $1 million. “Windrose Tower will be the sole residential condominium tower in Legacy West, one of the best master-planned communities in the U.S.” For the full article, visit https://www.dallasnews.com/business/real-estate/legacy-west-condo-tower-tops-construction
